IMC Group is a vertically integrated Oil and Gas company, established in 1935, with substantial investments in Surface facilities for handling Petroleum Products and Petrochemicals. The Company is engaged in owning / managing twenty five (25) tank terminals at major ports in India, with a track record of eighty (80) years of stable business performance. IMC currently holds one Oil & Gas exploration Block in India, where it has made significant contribution in G&G studies and modeling, despite being a non-operating partner. Presently IMC is in finalising acquisition of a discovered upstream asset in India. The potential acquisition target is a green field development project with initial development plan of drilling of Extended Reach Development well(s).
IMC is also pursuing Oil & Gas field investment opportunities in Middle East, Africa and former CIS region and actively evaluating several opportunities, which need to go through detailed technical & commercial due-diligence.
