Familiar with the Regulatory rules and how to adhere to them. • Supervise in all areas from technical, planning, and implementation of critical inspection requirements, third-party validation, regulatory, senior stakeholder engagement, and community engagement. • Develop and implement operations inspection processes, reporting, and training during the operations. • Manage, maintain, and update compliance requirements with stakeholders, project team, and project sponsors. EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE / MANAGEMENT • Responsible for the management and maintenance of the over of over 600+ production and injection wells. This included the monitoring and maintenance of the Electric Submersible pumps and gas-lifted wells. • Ensure that all personnel properly use and care for their personal protective equipment and verify that such equipment is in serviceable condition. • Ensure that scheduled maintenance, inspection, and monitoring activities are completed in a timely manner.
