Summary of Experience and Education
Professional and educational qualifications include more than 23 years of corporate and private sector energy systems and in systems development, and reporting. As below, education and training include: a Ph.D. in Corporate and Regulatory Energy Policy and Economics , an MSc. in Environmental Engineering, and a BSc in Petroleum Engineering. Also, professional certifications as an Energy Risk Professional (ERP) and in Sustainability and Climate Risk (SCR), as a Project Manager (PMP), as a Cost Engineer/Professional (CCE/P), and as a certified Six Sigma Quality Assurance/Control (QA/QC) practitioner.
Experience includes upstream and midstream petroleum engineering and in management of Oil & Gas (O&G) infrastructure project-controls, earned value systems deployment, lifecycle cost/benefit evaluations, and projects’ feasibilities/risk assessments.
Professional practice also incorporates substantial and varied offshore and onshore O&G infrastructure research and assessment, engineering, and design, and extends to domestic, international, and remote infrastructure projects’ planning, evaluation, procurement, logistics, as well as operations management. Capabilities incorporate facilities and utilities construction projects’ assessment, planning, management, and execution.
Experience also comprises development economics extending to bankable energy-projects’ business case analyses for both domestic and international investors, underwriters, and regulatory entities. These abilities include project schedule and financial analysis, value-focused cost engineering, and risk-based cost estimation.

Doctoral and Research Fellow investigations addressed private-sector energy infrastructure project development, risk, and governance relationships to and with adjacent institutions and regulatory agencies. Research investigated energy private-sector economic, organizational, and efficient policy strategies for productive and profitable agencies/institutions interface.
