I work closely with multiple departments to complete surveys, using FME involving interactive
geographical, geological, and topographical mapping (Google Earth, MapQuest) tools. I stay
abreast of many personal private information protections to address, resolve, and mitigate
problems to mitigate operation interruptions. I have completed and passed all required safety and protocol, Field Representative Competencies, and Title 13 and Title 25 training.
Created published works from cosmetology hair color to martial arts, acupuncture, and kinesiology books.
Assisted landowners in right-of-way lease renewals with a major utility company on fee lands,
that included best estimate reservoir determination for bonus negotiations and best interests of
water rights pertaining to draining estimates on fee lands. I worked with landowners to
communicate federal regulations, right of ways, and environmental issues to the Bureau of Indian Affairs.
Army Ammunition Plant (McAlester, OK) to Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality. I prepared applications for minor and major source operating permits,
including Emissions Inventory for wide spectrum air pollutant sources, and reviewed regulatory and environmental requirements for construction and operating permit applications for strategic
planning. Offered consultant expertise regarding ethical matters on offshore emissions from engines to submit to government agencies while on BHP Billiton oil rig in the Atlantic Ocean.

I was acting petroleum engineer for the Bureau of Indian Affairs and performed federal and tribal
regulatory compliance reviews and approvals for Applications for Permit to Drill, Sundry Notice,
and 60-day and Order of the Authorized Order letters. I reviewed applications for permit to drill
to ensure all mineral and freshwater intervals are identified and protected by the casing and cementing programs. Ensured all federal and Tribal regulatory requirements were met, reviewed and analyzed drilling proposals to ensure regulatory compliance, and educated the Shoshone
Arapaho Joint Business Council and Tax Commission on processes.
I worked closely with BIA in Ft. Washakie, WY to conduct best interest analyses on tribal oil and gas leases in accordance with 25 CFR pursuant to 43 CFR.
