1. Ensure that all construction contractors’ supervision and manpower are instructed in and comply with all aspects of Health, Safety, Environment and Security (HSES) policy, site regulations, permit to work procedures and instructions and Client requirements
2. Ensure that construction contractors working within his discipline adhere strictly to the latest Approved for Construction (AFC) project drawings, Specifications, ITP’s, Procedures and Site Instructions
3. Responsible for the HSES, and quality aspects of the work within assigned areas and for ensuring construction contractors complete their work in accordance with the project schedule
4. Review and monitor the availability of drawings, specifications, job instructions, material deliveries and tools applicable to his / her particular discipline and area of work
5. In conjunction with the contractors’ supervision, planning engineers, and the Construction Engineer, develop detailed work plans in accordance with the overall planning schedule

2- When we have inspection I was bring consultan engineer to work site and explane work to him. When he
approved inspection then i was report to QC Manager if not approve then i was contact with our work chief and explane what is the mistake.Other day again inspecting with consultan inspecter.
3- When we casting concrete I was bring tempreture reports of concrete and result of press tests to consultan
QC management departmen and i was report to my QC Manager too also
Reason for departure: My brother was accident at Izmir for that i was leave. My brother was been 2 month at hospital for that i wasn't turn back
