Work Experience
• Supervises Mechanical personnel's asign to my unit during online and shutdown jobs in the plant.
• Carried out assembly and installation of static and rotating equipment's in Urea, Ammonia and Utilities plant such as pumps, valves, turbines, tanks, HP Vessels, (Scrubbers), Fans, Blower, Heat exchangers.
• Read and interprets P&ID.
• Carried out general plant and equipments inspection.
• Coordinate Routine, Preventive and corrective maintenance activities in the plant.
• Involved in Engineering materials selection and inspection.
• Carried out Engineering Analysis and material costing for projects.
• Prepares maintenance report for various facilities and job locations;
• Ensures the use of Personal protective Equipment, Proper house keeping and adherences to general safety rules by my team.
• Raises work order for maintenance jobs to be carried out in job locations.
• Update ISO audit documents such as unit PM checklist, logbook, dashboard and performance dialogue manual.

Responsibilities:
• Supervised pre and post - Production activities performed on a line pipes.
• Carried out checks on pipe coatings to verify its integrity and also rejects product that does not conform with set standards.
• Ensured standards are kept in accordance with client's specification and requirement as contained in the inspection and test plan (ITP).
• Maintains Records of inspection and test results of processes involved in a project.
