Job Description Summary
Responsible for activities and processes that support the sales organization to achieve the objectives defined by the different product lines he/she would be supporting, including but not limited to RTS, Completion, Artificial Lift, and Chemicals. Comply with the goals and business plan outlined for the Andean Region and support when required to the rest of Latin American countries.
Responsibilities, authorities and accountability
Focused on technical sales, with strong knowledge in production operations, well productivity, and reservoirs. Availability to cover countries in the Andean area, meeting technical and sales objectives for the region.
Maintain up-to-date CRM (Deal Machine) platforms, plan and project the execution of the business plan, support ITO (Inquiry to Order) processes and maintain updated data from the different commercial systems of the company.
Manage technical platforms (Commercial Software) that support the different projects he is involved in.
Contribute from the technical side and support the decisions of the different production product lines of the company in technical proposals, bids and contracts.
Provide technical recommendations that leverage projects of the different lines that will be supporting.
Manage the relationship with the different customers in the countries of coverage.
Support the technical sales team of the lines in their different activities: presentations, workshops, courses, mentoring, events, etc.
Focus on the assigned territory: Andean Region - with availability to support other Latin American countries when required.
