Summary of Experience and Education Professional and educational qualifications include more than 23 years of corporate and private sector energy systems and in systems development, and reporting. As below, education and training include: a Ph.D. in Corporate and Regulatory Energy Policy and Economics , an MSc. in Environmental Engineering, and a BSc in Petroleum Engineering. Also, professional certifications as an Energy Risk Professional (ERP) and in Sustainability and Climate Risk (SCR), as a Project Manager (PMP), as a Cost Engineer/Professional (CCE/P), and as a certified Six Sigma Quality Assurance/Control (QA/QC) practitioner. Experience includes upstream and midstream petroleum engineering and in management of Oil & Gas (O&G) infrastructure project-controls, earned value systems deployment, lifecycle cost/benefit evaluations, and projects’ feasibilities/risk assessments. Professional practice also incorporates substantial and varied offshore and onshore O&G infrastructure research and assessment, engineering, and design, and extends to domestic, international, and remote infrastructure projects’ planning, evaluation, procurement, logistics, as well as operations management.
